01. Share your clients’ plans — Share the destinations, dates, group size and budget, or attach the request you already have. We’ll take it from there.
02. We draft & refine — We get to work on the itinerary, vetted suppliers and negotiated rates. A first draft itinerary comes back in minutes, then we refine it with you. Every supplier cost is shown and hotel commission is labelled as paid by the hotel.
03. We run it on the ground — Once you approve, we handle bookings, supplier coordination and ground arrangements through to departure. You and your guests have 24/7 on-trip support, including help when plans change.

## Constraints

- Coverage is Europe only — Lio does not operate outside Europe.
- Lio works by enquiry and consultation; there is no instant online booking or public price list. Every trip is quoted individually.
- Lio's markup is 0% when a trip includes commissionable hotels, which pay Lio directly. Trips without them carry a flat, itemised 5% on the full trip, agreed before approval. Full price transparency. The price depends on the brief (dates, party size, standard, services); a single transparent quote showing every cost is provided after the initial conversation.
- No accounts, login, or self-serve API are offered to end users; the only programmatic surface is the enquiry endpoint below.

One itemised quote for stays, transport, guides and experiences. Every hotel, guide and vehicle is named, never "or similar". You see every supplier cost and the actual commission we earn per hotel, zeros included. Commission varies by property and destination and is labelled as paid by the hotel, not added to your price.
